Archery Technigue

Hi all!

Recently I was doing some drawing reference for the webcomic, and I came across two interesting youtube videos. One is about a Danish archer named Lars Andersen. This video explores some cool ideas about archery form and technique. The other video is a response made by Anna Maltese. I found both these videos to be very informative and entertaining; I highly recommend giving them a watch! (Videos located below)

To date, I haven’t had much hands on experience with archery. However, I’ve been growing increasingly interested since creating this webcomic. I’ve been thinking about finding a local archery range where I can practice. Does anyone out there practice archery? And if so, do you have any advice for someone wants to start the sport?

Since getting the Epson Work Force 7610 scanner/printer a few weeks ago, I’ve rescanned and reposted all previous pages. The quality of the new scans is pretty similar to the original scans that I got from a local print shop, but all the same, I wanted the comic to to be constant. OCD much? Why yes, yes I am. 🙂

Enjoy page 17 and the two archery videos! The next page, page 18, will be posted two weeks from today on Tuesday, October 4th.
